Tell us the story behind founding your agency

Twenty4 was born out of a belief that for the work to be effective, it needs to earn a place in people’s lives. Our ambition is to create brand moments people want to be a part of and to measure these moments to prove the value of experiences in growing brands. Combining Twenty4’s specialist experiential knowledge with the creative thinking of our partners at Multiplied has allowed us to grow quickly. Our independence also gives us the freedom to fully dedicate our expertise to client needs, meaning clients are working with a more senior team, in a more efficient and collaborative environment.

Will Ravlich set up Twenty4 in 2022.

What’s your favourite thing about running your own agency?

Autonomy, without a doubt. Having the freedom to be decisive and make large strides over short periods of time has been deeply satisfying. The work is everything, but the team we’re developing gives it added meaning. Seeing people we’ve backed step up, build confidence in their capability and support the early years of the business has been hugely rewarding.

What’s the most important thing you’ve learned?

In agency life, momentum is everything. You don’t need perfect conditions to move forward. Progress compounds, and refining as you go more often beats waiting for the right moment. With a relentless mindset of constant improvement, you can find momentum in both the challenges and the triumphs.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received or given out?

The cliché has never been more important than right now: we’re only as good as our last piece of work. That attitude drives us to keep chasing better and to keep showing up at our best for our clients and each other.

Anything else we should know?

We’re ambitious about where we’re heading, but deliberate in how we grow. For us, it’s not about scale for the sake of it, we want to build a reputation for work that resonates culturally and delivers commercially. We’re coming to up four years as a business now, and we’re very excited for the next horizon.
